Thank you for shopping with Core Decors, a division of Core Collective 509. We strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices for all orders placed through our website: coredecors.com.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather disruptions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress.
4. Local Pickup (If Offered)
If you are local to the Tri-Cities, WA area, we may offer free local pickup from our store:

5. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@corecollective509.com with:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll assess the situation and work to provide a replacement if applicable.
Note: Core Collective 509 is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require an additional shipping fee to resend.
